Q: How do I sign up?
A: Come in and fill out a short information sheet, sign up in less than 10 min.
Be sure to have your I.D. with you.
Q: Is there an enrollment fee?
A: Yes, there is a one time enrollment fee.
Q: Is there a contract?
A: Yes, however you can cancel at any time, without penalty.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: In order to cancel your membership, you MUST come in and fill out a cancellation form 5 days prior to your next billing date to prevent being billed the following month.
We DO NOT except cancellations in the form of email or over the phone.
Q: Are the classes, tanning and sauna included in the membership?
A: Yoga is free for members however, you must sign up for the class. Our other classes and amenities such as the infrared sauna, tanning and massage therapy are separate. Members do receive special member's rates (excludes massage therapy).
Q: Are there Senior discounts?
A: Yes, 65 and over receive a 10% discount on memberships.
Q: At what age can you join?
A: We allow children the age of 13 and up to become members (may ask for documentation). Children ages 13-15 must be with their parent at ALL TIMES on the floor! A child 16 years of age can work out on their own. All paperwork (waiver and contract) must be completed and signed by a legal parent or guardian.
Q: Can my child/friend etc. sit and wait while I workout?
A: No, children under 13 are not permitted in the gym unless that child is in our Jazz Funk class.
Anyone 13 and older will need to buy a guest pass and will need follow the age restrictions above.
Q: How do your class passes work?
A: We offer 3 different kinds of class passes (single, 5 class pass and 10 class pass). Passes are good for all classes and are valid for 60 days.

Q: How do tanning and sauna packages work?
A: All tanning and sauna packages are monthly packages (expire in 30 days) available to members and non-members.

Q: How many times a day can I tan?
A: You can tan once in a 24 hour period. Goggles are REQUIRED! You MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE.
No exceptions!
Q: Can I use the sauna more than once a day?
A: No, you can use the sauna once a day.
Q: I want to become a member and work with a personal trainer are they separate?
A: Yes, however as a current promotion your gym membership is waived when you sign up for any personal training package (subject to change).
Q: I’m not a member can I still come in and workout or take classes?
A: Yes! We do offer guest passes, there are drop-in rates and class packages for non-members.
Q: I am a member and I’d like to bring a friend who is not a member with me to workout, can I?
A: Yes, we offer guest passes with a member option.
Q: Do I have to be a member to use any of the amenities?
A: No, non-members are always welcome! We have non-member rates available for all our amenities.
Q: I don’t know how to work some of the equipment, will someone be able to show me?
A: Yes! We are here for you. We are always staffed during business hours.
